TRY BEFORE YOU BUY  POLICY - You can try all items before you buy while courier waits for all items. It is mandatory to pay the shipping fee.

For Footwear & Handbags - It’s ok if you change your mind, you can return or exchange full priced item up to 14 days as long as item is not worn and in original condition. 
IMPORTANT: Discounted or Sale items can be exchanged only— no refund. 

For Clothing and Accessories - NON REFUNDABLE once courier leaves.   You can try  the item while the  courier waits outside your door - but once the courier leaves item is final sale,  it can’t be returned or exchanged later — this is for hygiene protection purpose for our clients. Your purchase is final. 

Return/Exchange

If your return/exchange is accepted, we will process your return or exchange and coordinate the process with the courier company. It is mandatory to pay the shipping fee. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
