“TRY BEFORE YOU BUY” POLICY - You can try all items before you buy while courier waits for all items. It is mandatory to pay the shipping fee.
FOOTWEAR & HANDBAGS: It’s ok if you change your mind, you can return or exchange full priced item up to 14 days as long as item is not worn and in original condition.
IMPORTANT: Discounted or Sale items can be exchanged only— no refund. You are entitled to one exchange per product or store credit.
CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES: Non-refunable— it is final sale once courier leaves. You can try the item while the courier waits outside your door - but once the courier leaves it can’t be returned or exchanged later — this is for hygiene protection purpose for our clients.
Any customized requests are final sale and are paid in full in-advance.
RETURN/EXCHANGE:

If your return/exchange is accepted, we will process your return /exchange and coordinate the process with the courier company. It is mandatory to pay the shipping fee.
Your requests for return or exchange are processed within 3 working days of receiving them.
DAMAGES & ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately same day if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS:
If it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If your payment is paid by installment, please note the refund is made back to the service provider and your follow up on when the refund will reflect to your account is directly with the installment service provider.
