“TRY BEFORE YOU BUY” POLICY - You can inspect your item(s) while courier waits. If it’s not suitable, it is mandatory you pay the shipping fees.
CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES: Non-refundable once courier leaves— You can try the item while the courier waits outside your door - but once the courier leaves it can’t be returned or exchanged later — this is for hygiene protection purpose for our customers. Coordination for courier delivery time is between you and the courier when they contact you.
FOOTWEAR & HANDBAG: Full price items are refundable within the 24 hour time frame. Discounted or Sale items can be exchanged only— no refund once courier leaves. You are entitled to one exchange per product or store credit. You have only 24 hours from receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.

Refunds or exchanges are not available after 24 hours from delivery- no exception.
CUSTOMIZATIONS: Any customized requests are Non-refundable and are paid in full in-advance.
RETURN/EXCHANGE:
To process a return/exchange, you can use the online chat portal on the website or what’s app +20 103 3331803 or DM on instagram — please make sure you write your order confirmation number.
If your return/exchange is accepted, we will process your return /exchange and coordinate the process with the courier company. It is mandatory to pay the shipping fee.
- Your requests for return or exchange are processed within 3 working days of receiving them.
- Your return item is collected by the courier, and undergoes an inspection at our warehouse to ensure it’s unworn, not damaged and in original condition.
- Your refund will be processed accordingly within 3 days of arrival to inspection in the original payment method for the order
DAMAGES & ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately same day if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, and send us pictures immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS:
If it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Installments: If your payment is paid by installment, please note the refund is made back to the service provider ( ex Valu, Sympl etc ) we will provide proof of refund but any follow-up on the refund is directly with the service provider.
