TRY BEFORE YOU BUY POLICY - You can try all items before you buy while courier waits for all items.
For Footwear & Handbags - It’s ok if you change your mind, you can return or exchange up to 7 days as long as item is not worn and in original condition.
For Clothing and Accessories - non-refundable once courier leaves. You can try the item while the courier waits outside your door - but once the courier leaves item is final sale, it can’t be returned or exchanged later — this is for hygiene protection purpose for our clients.
IMPORTANT: Items marked sale can be returned or exchanged, BUT items marked “FINAL SALE” are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return/Exchange

If your return/exchange is accepted, we will process your return or exchange and coordinate the process with the courier company.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
